Lexi Krouse – Northern California native, began her journey doing hair in 2020, despite the challenge of the times.

Meant to make an impact in large world of hair extensions and determined to become the best for her clients, Lexi received a job opportunity working at the Flagship Salon also known as the Head Quarters of all things NBR. She was trained under the founder of Natural Beaded Rows Extensions, Danielle K. White and some of the best educators in the industry.

Lexi became 1 of less than 100 Licensed NBR Artists in the Nation and spent 2 years living in Laguna Beach, CA. Although she loved her clients in Orange County and loved being a part of the Internal NBR Team where she was able to help other artists just like herself, it became clear that it was time to make the move and create a difference for her clients back home in Sacramento, CA.

Lexi then launched under her own brand, Lightning Hair Collective excited to create a new standard for her community. She prides herself in her love for hair health, while still believing in the beauty of “more”. More is always more. More hair can make the biggest difference for those who are facing hair challenges. So many woman struggle with genetically fine hair, hormonal hair loss, those who experienced a bad or regretful hair cut, color damage, or those who just want a bit more style support for a special occasion or in their daily lives and now she’s able to offer a solution for them.

Lightning Hair Collective is inspired by the natural phenomenon of energy that is sparked creating something show stopping and rare. Just like Lightning, Lexi wants all of her clients to feel as beautiful and eye catching, as if it’s too good to be real but it is.
